Shipping & Order Processing
We understand you’re eager to get your new bookish treasures! We do our very best to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase.
- Customization Note: Items requiring personalized creation, such as custom bookmarks, may take a little extra time to perfect. We will notify you if your order’s processing time extends beyond two business days.
- Backorder Items: If an item is marked as “Available on backorder,” it means we are currently waiting for a specific component or product from one of our suppliers. You can still purchase these items! Please note that orders containing backordered items will be delayed by up to 3 business days while we wait for those supplies to arrive back in stock.
- Shipping Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey!
