By purchasing this $200.00 base fee, you are confirming your booking and agreeing to all terms and conditions detailed below, which define the scope and cost of your private event.
🗓️ Terms of Service & Payment

Product Purchased: Party Base Fee (2-Hour Event): $200.00 (Flat Rate)

Purpose: This fee covers our time, travel, full setup, and on-site assembly/instruction. It is required to secure your event date.

Payment Due: The $200.00 Party Base Fee is due at the time of purchase to confirm your booking and must be paid no later than one week in advance of the party date.
💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to us directly via email or phone.

| Less than 7 Days before the event date | $50.00 Fee Retained. The remaining $150.00 will be refunded. |

Final Balance: The final balance (total cost of all custom bag clips and optional phone anchors made during the event) is due before we depart the event location. This amount will be calculated on-site based on final usage.
Example: If 30 Bag Clips ($5.00 each) are made, the final balance due on-site is $150.00.
✂️ Party Structure and Pricing
Our custom bag clips are a fantastic way to personalize bags, backpacks, and keychains. Each completed clip includes a chain and up to five individual charms.

Setup Time: We require approximately 30 minutes for setup prior to your official party start time.

The TBR Turtle Charm Bar (Assembly by us): Attendees choose their clip base and charms. We then assemble their custom clip on the spot (assembly time is approximately 3-5 minutes per clip).

DIY Charm Crafting Workshop (Hands-on Fun): Participants select their components and assemble their own final bag clips using provided tools and instruction.

Please Note: The DIY Workshop is recommended for guests aged 12 years and older due to the use of small components and jewelry tools (pliers). We can accommodate up to 20 crafters at a time.

Event Confirmation
Upon successful payment of the $200.00 Base Fee, your booking for the date, time, and location specified in the customized fields will be confirmed. We will reach out via the provided phone number or email address within 24 hours to verify the details and answer any final questions.
